                               ORDINANCE NO. 10298
                 
                 
                  AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A CITY OF CHATTANOOGA
                  SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOT 4 OF
                  THE HERITAGE LANDING SUBDIVISION.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby
       abandoned a City of Chattanooga ten foot (10') wide sanitary 
sewer
       easement located on Lot 4 of the Heritage Landing Subdivision as
       recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 92, Register's Office of Hamilton
       County.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance
       shall be effective two (2) weeks from and after its passage as
       provided by law.
